Relating to amending certain Act creating a more efficient road system for Upshur county, Texas by providing that it shall be discretionary with the commissioners court as to whether they shall divide said county into convenient road districts, or adopt their present road districts, and have the roads of Upshur county maintained by contract; providing how said contract shall be let; requiring bonds from the contractor.
