SB 119, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain articles so as to provide, in substance, that when the judgment of the lower court is affirmed or reversed and rendered, that the Court of Civil Appeals or the Supreme Court in which said suit is pending, shall at the same time render judgment against the party appealing, together with the sureties on the appeal, or Superdedeas Bond for the amount of the judgment so rendered, and providing that said court shall make disposition as to costs as may be deemed proper.
