SB 61, 36th R.S.
Relating to placing under the jurisdiction of the Railroad Commission of the State of Texas, public utilities as defined in this Act, conferring upon the Commission powers for the regulation of such public utilities as defined herein, except the rates and service of public utilities operated by cities and towns, prescribing the rights and duties of public utilities, preserving to cities, towns and municipalities powers for regulation and control, providing penalties for violations of provisions of this Act.
