Relating to appearance bonds, bail bonds, appeal bond, and recognizances in criminal cases; prohibiting any attorney at law from becoming surety on any such bonds or recognizances; prohibiting the making of such bonds or recognizance where the surety become such for a valuable consideration; providing penalties for violating the act; providing for the disbarment of attorney for violating the act.
