Relating to the creating a more efficient road system for Wood County, Texas; making the county commissioners ex-officio road commissioners, and providing for their compensation, and defining their powers and duties; providing for penalties for the enforcement of the provisions of this act; declaring its provisions are supplemental are supplemental to all general laws of the State on the subject, and for the repeal of all laws and parts of laws in conflict with any of the provisions of this act.
