SB 73, 39th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute empowering commissioners courts to acquire lands for county park purposes and levy taxes therefor so as to provide for the levy of taxes or the issue of bonds for the purchase and improvement of lands for county parks, if authorized by majority vote of the qualified property taxpaying voters of the county, voting at election held for such purposes; providing that the law for holding elections on other county bond shall apply to tax and bond elections herein authorized.
