SB 307, 39th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute relating to pleas of privilege, the sufficiency thereof and the procedure thereon so as to provide a definite length of time in which to file controverting affidavits and providing that an appeal shall in all events suspend trial on the merits pending the appeal; and providing that the Act shall only apply to cases filed subsequent to time it becomes effective.
