SB 164, 42nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain statutes so as to provide that where a testator having a child or children leaves a surviving wife, who is the mother of all his said children, and the principal beneficiary in said last will and testament to the entire exclusion of all his said children, that said articles 8291 and 8292 shall not apply.
