Relating to revising the Penal Code provisions applicable to organized crime, including the definitions, elements, penalties, punishment, statute of limitations, and related procedures applicable to offenses involving organized crime, including the creation of new offenses involving the collection of an unlawful debt or the commission of multiple acts of criminal activity and designated as organized crime offenses; providing for the forfeiture of certain property in connection with organized crime, and for procedures related to that forfeiture; providing for injunctive and other relief in cases of organized crime; providing penalties.
