Relating to natural gas suppliers contracting with agriculture energy users, providing for weighted average cost of natural gas in transmission or distribution systems, providing for cost of gas determination and limiting this act to a service area where the agriculture use represents no less than 10% of the total load factor of the transmission and distribution system.
