Including a voter whose name appears on the list of cancelled voter registrations in the group eligible to participate in a party's convention process; providing for reinstatement of the registration of voters whose names appear on the list of cancelled voter registrations solely through postal service error or address reclassification or clerical error on the part of the registrar of voters; invalidating the ballot of a voter who votes from the list of cancelled voter registrations but who willfully disregards certain provisions; correcting the period for which the list of cancelled voter registrations is used.
