Relating to amending Article 375, Title XI, Chapter 2, of the Penal Code of Texas, relating to raffles, prescribing a penalty therefor, and prohibiting the keeping for sale of any chance, ticket, or part ticket in any raffle of estate, real or personal, of any value whatsoever.
