Relating to amending Section 14 of Chapter 49 of the General Laws of the Twenty-seventh Legislature, said Chapter being entitled "An Act to create a more efficient road system for Fayette, Uvalde and Frio counties, Texas, and making county commissioners of said counties ex-officio road commissioners, and prescribing their duties as such, and providing for their compensation as such road commissioners."
