Relating to amending "An Act to levy an occupation tax on all retail dealers in non-intoxicating malt liquors, and providing for the issuance of license and fixing penalties for the violation of this Act and providing for injunction to prevent its violation," so as said Section 2 of said Act shall fix the place of business of retail dealers in non-intoxicating malt liquors and providing for the issuance of license, fixing penalties.
