Relating to increasing the authority and duties of the commissioners court of Tarrant county, Texas, and of the county commissioners court of said county, to require said commissioners to devote their entire time to the affairs of said county, to provide for a road engineer for said county at the option of the commissioners court, and fixing his salary and defining his duties; to fix the salary for the members of said court.
