Relating to amending sections of the Act creating a more efficient road system for Fayette, Uvalde and Frio Counties, so as to include McMullen County and Atascosa County, and to provide for the increase of the payment of the road commissioners in the counties of Fayette, Uvalde, Frio, McMullen and Atascosa to three dollars per day for services actually performed in any one year.
