Relating to compelling railroad companies to make a full and itemized accurate monthly report to the Railroad Commission of Texas of all their gross receipts by their local agents through the commissioners courts, providing that the president, and other and all disbursing agents shall make a full itemized monthly report to the Railroad Commission; providing said Railroad Commission to have full authority to investigate the books; providing a penalty.
