Relating to prohibiting the use of any imitation, label, trade-mark, design, device, imprint, or form of the flag of the State of Texas for advertising or commercial purposes, and prohibiting the offering or exposing for sale any article or commodity bearing such imitation, design, imprint or form of the flag of the State of Texas, fixing a penalty for violation thereof, fixing date when this bill shall go into effect.
