Relating to authorizing the Polytechnic Heights Independent School District No. 42 of Tarrant County, to levy and collect taxes, for maintenance and the issuance of building bonds to the amount not to exceed one hundred and fifty cents on the one hundred dollar valuation, maintenance not to exceed one hundred cents and building bonds not to exceed fifty cents on the one hundred dollar valuation.
