Relating to a certain Act regarding the creation of a Juvenile Board within certain counties of this State and prescribing the duties and powers of such board, including the appointment by it of probation officers and providing for the payment of compensation of such officers and allowing the said district judges an additional salary, to be paid out of the general fund of such county.
