Relating to preserving and protecting the wild fur-bearing animals of this State; declaring wild fur-bearing animal to be the property of the State; providing for the issuance of trapper's licenses, and the disposition of the license fees; defining offenses and prescribing penalties for the violation thereof; and making it the duty of the Game, Fish and Oyster Commissioner and his deputies to enforce the provisions of this act; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
