Relating to authorizing the Rio Grande and Eagle Pass railway Company to abandon Minera Station, the western terminal of said railroad in Webb County, Texas and 8,000 feet of the main line track immediately southeast thereof, and to take up and remove all tracks, bridges and culverts within that area.
