Relating to changing the boundaries of Caldwell Common School District No. 6 in Lubbock county, Texas, and Abernathy Independent School District in Lubbock and Hale counties, Texas, and transferring a portion of the Abernathy Independent School Territory in Lubbock and Hale Counties, Texas, to the Caldwell Common School District No. 6, Lubbock county, Texas, and providing that Caldwell Common School District No. 6 shall assume and pay the portion of the bonded indebtedness of Abernathy Independent School District which it is obligated to assume in taking over the additional lands.
