Relating to the defining, regulating and licensing real estate brokers, real estate agents and real estate salesmen within the State of Texas, and creating a State Board of Examiners to operate in conjunction with the office of the Commissioner of the General Land Office, and providing for the appointment of such examiners and fixing their qualifications, compensation and term of office.
