Relating to authorizing the commissioners' court of Wilbarger County to contract with the proper authorities of the State of Oklahoma for the construction of a bridge across Red River at some point on the north line of Wilbarger County, Texas, and authorizing said commissioners' court of Wilbarger County, Texas, out of the road and bridge funds of said county to pay not more than twenty-five percent of the cost of construction and maintenance.
