Relating to making it unlawful for any person to drive or propel any automobile, automobile truck, or other motor driven vehicle upon the track of any railroad, operated by a steam railroad company or the receiver thereof, or operated by an interurban railroad company or the receiver thereof, without stopping at a distance of not less than twenty feet nor more than fifty feet from the nearest rail, and looking and listening; making it a misdemeanor to violate any of the provisions of the Act, and prescribing punishment therefor.
