Relating to requiring all railway companies, and all other persons, firms and corporations to place all bridges, viaducts, over-headways, foot bridges, or wires hereafter built or placed over the tracks of a railway not less than twenty-two (22) feet from the top of the rails of such track, and to place all loading platforms, houses, structures, fences, lumber, wood and other materials hereafter built, placed or stored along railway lines, spurs, switches or sidings not less than eight and one-half (8 1/2) feet from the center of such main line, spur, switch or siding track.
