Relating to amending a certain Statute providing that sand and other deposits having no commercial value taken for the raising of the grade of the salt flats in the Northern part of Corpus Christi and the lowlands lying North of the North boundary line of the City of Corpus Christi in Nueces County, Texas, and South of the South boundary line of the town of Portland in San Patricio County, Texas, shall be exempt from the provisions of Title 67 of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
