Relating to approving, ratifying and confirming a contract of date January 1, 1929 by and between the Board of Managers of the Texas State Railroad and Texas and New Orleans Railroad Company, approved by the Governor of Texas and for the maintenance and operation of the properties of said Texas State Railroad by said Texas and New Orleans Railroad Company, providing that this Act shall be cumulative of Chapter Twenty-six of the General Laws of the Regular Session of the Thirty-seventh Legislature, approved March 12, 1921, and that said contract shall, upon the same becoming effective, supersede the contract between the same parties which was confirmed and ratified by Chapter Three of the General Laws of the Second Called Session of the Thirty-seventh Legislature approved August 25, 1921.
