Relating to amending certain Acts providing for and regulating the method of taking and catching fish in the public fresh waters of Harrison, Marion, and Rusk Counties, State of Texas, permitting the use of seines, nets, and fish traps of a specified size, declaring seines, nets, and fish traps of certain sizes to be a public nuisance; providing penalties for violations of this Act.
