Relating to repealing certain statute conferring jurisdiction of the county court at law of McLennan County on the county court of said county and the powers possessed by said court and the judge thereof on the county court and county judge, respectively, of McLennan county, transferring pending causes and making pending processes returnable to the county court of McLennan County, disposing of fees of office, fixing the salary of the county judge of McLennan County.
