Relating to making an appropriation for the preparation, checking, investigation and correction of the scholastic census, to the State Department of Education, providing money for salary, wages, supplies and necessary traveling expenses incident thereto for the sum of Seven Thousand ($7,000.00) Dollars, for the year ending September 1, 1934, and Seven Thousand ($7,000.00) Dollars, for the year ending September 1, 1935.
