Relating to authorizing all Banks and Bank and Trust Companies and Savings Banks, incorporated under the laws of Texas, to purchase, hold, and dispose of stock in the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, created by the Act of Congress known as the Banking Act of 1933, and to comply with all requirements enabling Banks and Bank and Trust Companies and Savings Banks, incorporated under the laws of Texas, to purchase, hold and dispose of said stock in the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
