Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing that the County Auditor in certain counties shall prescribe the system, forms, and reports to be used in connection with the receipt and disbursement of county revenues, funds, fees, and moneys received and disbursed by county and precinct officers so as to include the District Clerk and District Attorney.
