Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to establish and maintain a horticultural and agricultural experiment station at some point within the limits of the El Paso irrigated valley in the State of Texas for the purpose of making scientific investigations and experiments in the production of cotton, alfalfa, and farm crops, and of fruits, berries, grapes, nuts, and vegetables and for the development of information as to the best methods of management and use of irrigated soils and irrigated waters, and for conducting scientific experiments in poultry raising, dairying, animal husbandry, and bee culture.
