Relating to authorizing, empowering, and directing the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness, to make allowance to Henderson County, Texas, as a credit upon its outstanding road indebtedness of the amount of Sixty Thousand, Six Hundred and Sixty-nine Dollars and fifty-six cents ($60,669.56) and to increase the State Aid effective as of January 1, 1933, to Henderson County, Texas, to make payment of such allowance.
