Relating to making it lawful for the Commissioners' Court of Comal County to pay out of the General Fund of such county bounties for the destruction of predatory animals, providing that on petition of one hundred free holders the Commissioner's Court of such county may provide amount of bounty and method of proof to entitle claimant to obtain such bounty, and prescribing manner of payment.
