Relating to providing relief for the Leesville Common School District No.28 and the De Wett Common School District No.47 in Gonzales County in replacing and repairing damage to buildings and equipment caused by a calamitous flood resulting from a cloudburst on July 1, 1936, making an appropriation for said districts to replace and repair such damage.
