Relating to authorizing the Board of Control to lease or rent certain County Hospitals; authorizing the State Board of Control to take over, manage and operate jointly with any County or City-County medical Unit in conjunction with the operation of the State Tuberculosis Sanitorium certain tuberculosis hospital units.
