Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that corporations may be formed for the protection and advancement of the professional interests of persons licensed to practice law, the advancement of justice and the science of jurisprudence, the encouragement of cordial intercourse among lawyers, and the improvement of the relations between the Bench and Bar and the public with power to provide and maintain suitable buildings for the conduct of their activities.
