Relating to providing for a processing tax of two cents (2¢) per gallon on all combustible condensates, such as refined gasoline, naptha, casinghead gasoline, natural gasoline, drip gasoline, and all other combustible condensates of crude petroleum, natural gas, etc.; providing for certain penalties; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict; providing a saving clause.
