HB 599, 50th R.S.
Relating to declaring a public calamity to exist in El Paso and Hudspeth Counties, Texas, and granting and donating to said Counties for a period of ten (10) years, beginning with the taxable year 1947, State ad valorem taxes collected for general revenue purposes in said Counties; providing that if any portion of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Act.
