Relating to providing for the creation of a division within the State Department of Public Welfare to be known as the "Commodity Distribution Division"; providing for an emergency appropriation for administrative purposes for the period from May 1, 1949 to August 31, 1949; providing for an appropriation for the biennium beginning September 1, 1949 and ending August 31, 1951 for the purpose of setting up facilities for the distribution of commodities for the biennium in accordance with the provisions of this Act; and providing a repealing clause and a saving clause.
