Relating to defining certain words, terms and phrases; regulating the sale of cigarettes in Texas under certain conditions; providing a penalty for the violation thereof; providing for certain exceptions to the provisions of this Act; providing a saving clause that if any part of this Act is unconstitutional the remainder shall not be affected.
