Relating to amending section 17b of House Bill 28, Chapter 21, Acts of the 43rd Legislature, Second Called Session, removing conflicts in Boxing and Wrestling Law; empowering the Commissioner of Labor with authority to promulgate all necessary rules and regulations for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Boxing and Wrestling Law.
