Relating to providing for the payment by every co-operative or fraternal association or corporation, domestic or foreign, doing business of any kind of nature whatsoever in Texas, of the same license fees and taxes paid by any other association or corporation engaged in doing the same or similar business under the laws of this State; providing for the repeal of all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act.
