Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for the establishment of a Juvenile Board in counties containing a population of not less than one hundred and ninety thousand (190,000) inhabitants, nor more than two hundred and twenty-four thousand (224,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census, general or special; providing a repealing clause; providing a saving clause.
