Relating to amending a previous Act, to change the time for holding special election for members of the State Board of Education from thirty (30) days after the effective date of Senate Bill No. 115, Acts of the 51st Legislature, to September 24, 1949, to be held in conjunction with the election for voting on proposed Constitutional Amendments; repealing all laws in conflict.
