Relating to directing the Board of Managers of the Texas State Railroad to give written notice of termination of the agreement entered into by and between said Board of managers and the Texas and New Orleans Railroad Company on the 1st day of January, 1929; directing the Board of Managers to sell and dispose of said railroad upon termination of said agreement; authorizing the Board to sell and dispose of all or any part of the property of said railroad to the highest bidder or bidders for cash.
