Relating to amending certain acts making the General Laws relating to payment of filing fees and franchise taxes by corporations having capital stock applicable to corporations coming under the provisions of certain Acts; exempting domestic corporations operating under said Acts from paying premium taxes; exempting domestic title corporations operating under the said Acts.
